Welcome to Joy & Yoga - yoga, health and wellbeing collective based in Abingdon

I have created Joy & Yoga to bring together people who are are passionate about health, wellbeing and natural beauty.

Together, we offer the group and private yoga classes, facial acupuncture and TRE® - trauma and tension release exercises.

We hope you love it as much as we do.
