Returns Policy

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us as soon as possible and give a reason for your exchange or return.

Package the unopened, unworn and unused item(s) up in the original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase and send it back to the address that we give you. We recommend using a trackable delivery service with proof of postage. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item and postage & packing charges will apply for all exchanges. We take no responsibility for parcels lost in the returns process.

Once your item is received and approved, we will process the refund directly to your original payment type, in no more than 30 days, crediting the orginal method of payment used for the goods.

All items must be returned within 10 days of receipt and in the same condition you received it. This time limit does not apply to faulty products.
