We offer a variety of yoga classes, which include group and individual sessions, available either in a studio or in the comfort of your own home. Additionally, we host regular workshops that are aimed at deepening your practice.

Yoga for Everyone

Yoga for Everyone is suitable for complete beginners and experienced yogis alike. In this class you will find lots of options for movement suitable for your level of experience, a community feeling and lots of fun.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that focuses on linking breath with movement. Practitioners flow through a series of poses in a continuous sequence, creating a harmonious rhythm between inhalation and exhalation. This approach not only enhances physical strength and flexibility but also promotes mental clarity and mindfulness. Vinyasa classes often vary in pace and intensity, allowing students to experience a diverse range of challenges and benefits during their practice.

Morning Flow

Slow Flow asks for the presence of mind, attentiveness and awareness of what is happening in the given moment.

This is a very mindful practice where you bring the body into a shape or asana and “find your edge”, in other words find your limits so that you can allow yourself to move beyond them. 

Stillness becomes your new friend. It brings deep release, relief and balance. When you leave the class, you will be surprised how much more energy this practice brought to you.

Somatic Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice when we can focus and contemplate in passive, longer-held poses. This practice takes care of the deepest tissues of our body - ligaments, joints, connective tissues and fascia network.

We will support Yin practice with Somatic movement, where exploration and reaching deeper levels within is key.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style integrating yoga with principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In this type of class we stay in certain poses longer, allowing the fascia in your body to slowly come back to its optimal shape.

Corporate Yoga

Joy & Yoga offers corporate yoga to local businesses. 

Our yoga sessions are part of wellness programs within a corporate environment. Corporate yoga is designed to promote physical health, mental well-being, and reduce stress among employees.
